An pioneer in the field of Cognitive-Kinesthetics for learning,  Dr. Edmond J. Dixon is an Ontario educator with 30 years experience as a teacher, principal, writer, researcher and public speaker. He returned to university in 2007 to find ways to help people learn more effectively, and his doctoral research led to the development of KEEN 5X. He is also the founder and director of two organizations, the KEEN Learning Group and the Literacy Through Drama Project.  Ed has worked with teachers and students at every grade level in many Ontario, Quebec, and U.S. school districts.

KEEN 5 X is a series of cognitive-kinesthetic teaching strategies that are designed to increase engagement and cognition among children, particularly boys and students who who struggle in the classroom. Based on 5 years of research and development  with 50,000 students and teachers, KEEN 5X helps teachers bring focus and achievement to the classroom in a joyful way!
