I. Inservice Training: Half Day

1. •Teachers will learn the strategies and brain science supporting them
   

2. •Teachers will be able to practice the strategies with students in classroom
   

II. Online Training: One-Week Daily

1. •Teachers will introduce one strategy in their class each day
   

2. •Teachers will then receive interactive review for 25 minutes with KEEN support staff
   

III. Support: Ongoing

1. •Access to online videos, assessment tools, webinars, and workshops

2. •K5X Strategy Cards
   

3. •Classroom Posters: Colourful reminders that encourage KEEN in class
   

4. •K5X Online Password: Access to continuing online training and resources

2. •Minimum 25 teachers (3-5 from each school attending)
   

3. •A “host” school with 5+ classrooms available for student/ teacher work

5X Mastery Time Requirement

1. •Basic Skills - 2.5 hrs.
   

2. •Advanced  - 10 hrs.
